Do I need to be strong to try this class? No - this is suitable for complete beginners that have never tried something like this before. Just arrive with a positive attitude and we guarentee you will enjoy yourself.

What do I bring to this class? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recomend sports wear, ideally leggings to protect your skin. Also bring water, you want to keep yourself hydrated when you are working out.

Do I have to pre-register for this class? Yes - everyone must book their space online which allows us to know numbers and emergancy contact details before the class begins.

I have experience at another studio, what are my options? This intro to aerial hoop class is aimed for people with no experience, if you have tried aerial before, we recommend joining our beg/int class on a Monday 8:10pm or if you are comfortable with top bar moves and combos then our experienced class Monday 7:05pm.

Do I have to be female to join? No - we pride ourselves on being a happy, inclusive studio that welcomes everyone from all genders. You are welcome to express yourself freely at Carnage Fitness Studio.
