FAQ
Get in touch so we can start working together.
Do I need to be strong to try this class? No - these classes are suitable for complete beginners that have never tried something like this before.
What do I bring to this class? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend sports wear, and shorts will help you stick to the pole and leggings are best for aerial hoop.
Do I have to pre-register for this class? Yes - everyone must book their space online which allows us to know numbers and emergency contact details before the class begins.
I have experience at another studio, what are my options? You can always come along to the beginners class to see were you fit in within the levels. We do have experienced classes which are for people comfortable with leg hangs and top mounts. Another option is trying a private lesson, from here your instructor can determine which class would suit you best. If you are still unsure you can always drop us a message and we will be in touch to discuss.
Do I have to wear heels? No - These are fitness based classes and most people do it in bare feet or socks. We do have specialised pole dancing and chair dance classes which incorporates heels and learning how to use them as a tool within your training if this is something that did interest you.
