About us

We are a passionate alternative fitness studio specialising in pole and aerial and our mission is to ensure that everybody feels safe and comfortable while having fun and learning new and exciting tricks and transitions. We want to give others the confidence to be their true authentic selves and thrive by pushing you to see what your body can do and not what it looks like.

We provide an array of fitness classes in the air and on the ground within Inverclyde to suit everyone from beginners up to advanced.

Our goal is to help others find their passion in these amazing sports, gain confidence and have fun while working out. We want to create a beautiful space that is inclusive and supportive and gives adults a place to come and feel like they belong.

Our instructors are qualified with Spin City, a internationally recognised and endorsed training programme specialising in pole and aerial. We follow the PDC (Pole Dance Community) Code of conduct ensuring we use the highest quality rigging and equipment and have the appropriate insurance and first aid training. Our clients safety is our number one priority.

  • Are these classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! Beginner friendly classes are clearly marked as beginners so you know what level class is suitable for you. These classes are perfect for anyone that has not tried pole fitness before or is still wanting to master the basics. Class sizes are kept small to allow each student to get enough time and attention with the instructor to build your confidence and knowledge of each move.
  • What should I wear?
You can wear anything you feel comfortable in. I would suggest a top you can move around in, such as a tee shirt or vest and a pair of shorts to allow your legs to grip to the pole.
  • Is there a weight limit for starting class?
Absolutely not! All equipment we use is industrially tested and checked regularly. We use industry standard X-Poles, which are the preferred equipment used by professionals across the world.
  • Are these classes open to all genders?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome everybody to our classes, we all share the same goal. To get fit, build strength and have fun while doing it.
  • What should I bring with me?
Make sure to bring water with you to stay hydrated throughout class. We will provide cloths and anti-bacterial spray for the poles but you might want to bring a small towel for your hands. Make sure to bring shorts.
  • Do I need to be flexible to start these classes?
No! The aim of these classes are to learn new tricks and transitions on the pole which will help you build strength and stamina. For some more advanced moves flexibility will help, but we work with your body in achieving moves that work with you and your level. We will do some gentle dynamic stretching to warm up and a static stretch to cool down at the end of class which will help you gain flexibility as well. If flexibility is a goal of yours, then we do have a dedicated flexibility class you can book onto, check our timetable for times.
