We are located in Glenburn Street in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde. We are just off of the M8 motorway if you are travelling by car, and we have free parking outside. We are also close to the Port Glasgow train station which has direct links from Paisley, Glasgow Central, Gourock and Wemyss Bay. There is also a bus stop right on the main road, a 2 minute walk to the studio.

Yes - we have a range of classes to suit all levels and abilities. Pole dancing for beginners is named 'Softcore Heels' Aerial Hoop for beginners Pole Fitness for beginners Flexibility Class for beginners We also run 'Intro Courses' which are 4 week blocks designed for people that have never tried this before.

Yes of course! We welcome everyone here at Carnage Fitness Studio. We work with the person to help them achieve their goals and have fun with like-minded people.

I'm afraid the answer is no. We are an adults only studio, all of our instructors are trained with adults needs in mind and to make everyone feel comfortable no matter their age. We can recommend some amazing studios near by for children though!
