Do I need to be strong to try this class? No - this is suitable for complete beginners that have never tried something like this before.
What do I bring to this class? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend sports wear, and shorts wil help you stick to the pole.
Do I have to pre-register for this class? Yes - everyone must book their space online which allows us to know numbers and emergancy contact details before the class begins.
I have experience at another studio, what are my options? This intro to pole fitness class is aimed for people with no experience, if you have tried pole fitnes before, we recomend joining our beg/int class on a Thursday 8:10pm or if you are comfortable with leg hangs and inverted moves then our experienced class Thursday 6pm.
Do I have to wear heels? No - This is a pole fitness class and most people do it in bare feet. We do have specialised pole dancing classes which incorporates heels and learning how to use them as a tool within your training if this is something that did interest you.
