Service Description

This class is to break down the technical elements of heel tricks in order to take your routines to the next level. Learn a mix of heel bangs, high energy spins, and killer floor tricks. We will bring controlled movements such as pirouettes, spins, turns, and twists together with badass drops, kips, and flips. Open to all levels, each move will have regression and progressions available.
